"My experience just couldn't be worse.

When I started 2 years ago with them my first time it was $200+ increased in less than 3 months roughly $100 just cause I changed address.
And then increased again and then increased again .....
Finally they provided me with an offer "Get a Health insurance with us and because you have 2 different insurances with us , we will give you a discount" and now I am paying roughly $450 a month'... DOUBLE WHAT I STARTED WITH.

here is the final straw, I did need the health insurance at sone point, roughly after paying for it for a year MONTHLY.

And while am at the clinic, they sent to State farm request so that I can be admitted under my health insurance .... and it was late reply (roughly and hour and 15 minutes) the clinic told me that since your insurance didn't reply we can't admit you, give them a call to speedup the process.

Here is the perfect twist, when I called those scammers .... they said ooh sorry the insurance that you have isn't a health insurance... its a "supplementary health insurance" it covers your stay at hospitals if you were HOSPITALIZED, its not a medical insurance .... so what i have been charged for a year it was unusable when needed.....

Out of anger I just ditched them on the same exact day and went with the first insurance company I could find (saving me $120+ monthly)

Don't just walk away ..... RUN .... as fast as you can ....

Although i always hated the price increase, but i still did continue with you for 2 years .... if that says anything it says that Money was not the main reason .....

But why you never addressed the wrong information that you or your team gave for the "Supplementary Health Insurance" that you collected the payment for maybe over a year and the only time I needed it .... it was sorry we were just kidding ."
